Returns can be made within 14 working days, unused in original packaging. Returns need to be sent to our warehouse in The Netherlands, Den Helder. To receive return instructions please mail sales@yourglamm.com stating your order number.

Received an order but still not completely satisfied? Fortunately, this occurs rarely or not at all, but it is course always possible to return something. GLAMM may only be returned if they are in the original (unopened) packaging. Besties from which the sticker has been removed for testing will not be refunded.
